Due to the current situation and the nature of the product we cannot accept any returns at this time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our order and processing system are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted within 24hrs. 

 

By placing an order with us you have acknowledge that you read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days excluding major holidays and weekends.

 

​Orders are shipped through USPS: 2-3 business day for delivery

 

Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

 

​Once an order is received and payment is confirmed you will receive a notification of shipment and tracking information.

 

​Please make sure that your address is correct before finalizing, we are not responsible for any orders that were delivered to the wrong address.

 

Bri Bella, LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that were confirmed delivered to the address provided.

 

Damage Products

If products arrive damage we want to know when this happen. Please take photos and notify us within 3 days of product being delivered and email it to contact@bribellabeautysuppy.com  If we are not notified within that time frame No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued.
