Store Policy

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If products arrive damage we want to know when this happen. Please take photos and notify us within 2 days of product being delivered and email it to Contact@bellalabri.com  If we are not notified within that time frame No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued.

RETURN POLICY

You may return most unopened items in its original packaging within 2 days of delivery for a full refund.  Send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return . If the products have been opened or used no refunds will be issued.  Hair, wigs and the shipping cost are nonrefundable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our order and processing system are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted within 24hrs.

By placing an order with us you have acknowledge that you read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days excluding major holidays and weekends.

​Orders are shipped through USPS: 2-3 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

​Once an order is received and payment is confirmed you will receive a notification of shipment and tracking information if provided.

International Customs:

The customer is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the customers responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the customer to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.

Canadian Customers
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

Please make sure that your address is correct before finalizing, we are not responsible for any orders that were delivered to the wrong address.

Bri Bella, LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that were confirmed delivered to the address provided.
